1 year extra warranty

Usually the warranty time is two years. When you buy equipment with warranty at aquaristic.net, e.g. pumps, heaters, filters, etc. the warranty is one year longer. So you a minimum warranty time of 3 years. When the product itselfes has a warryty time of longer than two years, e.g. Eheim filters 3 years, the warranty period is autmatically extended with a further year.
When the product gets faulty in this time we let repair or exchange it on our costs. A right for exchange the product instead of repair is not given. 

30 days right of withdrawal

For all orders at aquaristic.net you have extendet right of withdawal. By law you have 14 days. we give you 30 days after receivment of the products. 
Condition to use the extended service, is that the goods are complete and orignal packed and not used. Also its neccessary that you contact us before returning by phone or email to arrange the backsending conditions. Most time we use the the pick up service then.
