From 17.08. till 04.09. we can only make standard shipping.
In this period it is possible for us to make:
- Standard shipping of parcel deliveries.
- Standard shipping of single plants.
- Modifications on existing orders with special email adress (known by customers)
- But its possible for longer delivery time in this period
In this period it is not possible for us to make:
- Answering of inquiries by email, fax or phone
- Answering of inquiries to delivery times or tracking numbers
- Shipping of pallets to foreign countries
- Shipping of plant assortements
When you send us your inquiry in this time by email, please understand, that the answer can take furthermore up to a week.We cannot answer all emails of 2 weeks the first day after holiday.
