Shipping

• Standard delivery
  The countries with fixprice per parcel and zone 1 + 2 we ship by UPS parcel service. Except to Cyprus, Azores, Madeira, Malta, Canarian Islands and Turkey. The countires and the countries of zone 3-5 we ship by DHL German postal service. This is regular postal Service no DHL international express Service.
• Water plants
  Regularly we send water plants just to customers of Germany. When you however want to order water plants, you do it on your own risk. We pay attention to pack it safety but we cannot guarantee for arrivement without detriment. You should order not in coldest and hottest time, and maybe not very fragile plants like cabomba, or other filigrane plants. HArder plants like Echinodorus, Cryptocoryne, Anubias, etc should survive. But remark just on your own risk, that parcel can be longer on the way than expected.
• Small aquariums and other fragile products
  We send small aquarium, terrariums aquarium hoods normally just to customers of Germany. The same terms as with water plants. When you however want to order that items, you do it on your own risk. Our staff do really on of the best packing jobs on the marked, but we cannot guarantee for arrivement well
• CO2 bottles, Eheim Spray, hydrogen peroxid 19,9%
  Its forbidden to send this goods by UPS, so we send these items just wieth regular postal service. Please pay attention, that the delivery time is longer, than with UPS. We send these goods not outside the EU.
  
• Pallet shipping
  Aquarium combinations we have to ship on a pallet. Please request the shipping cost before your order by email.

How long ist the delivery time?

• Delivery time of the producst. You see the lead time for the products at the product detail page. We cannot guarantee the shipping out time of the goods in the given time to 100% due sometimes unforseen occurences ( technical problems, supplier problems, etc.) happens. When we cannot fulfill our ship out time promise, you can request a price reduction at the customer service. Except products wich have fix prices like books and items wich are not longer produced.
  
• Shipping time. You see the time for the transport if the parcel in the table below.
  

When you have more than 30 kg ( in some countries 20 kg e.g. Australia) , or the goods doesn't fit into one parcel, we have to send 2 or more parcels for the parcel price each parcel.

Services for UPS is standard.
Services for DHL is worldparcel standard ( surface ) or premium ( air). The transport is excecuted by local postal service ( in Germany DHL is the local postal service)
