Order
When you found the need product you can put this noncommittal into the shopping cart by clicking the button [ADD TO CART] or [the SHOPPING CART SYMBOL]. You can everytime view the content of your shopping cart by clicking the [CART] button. You can the remove the products from the cart by clicking the buttons [REMOVE] or [X]. When you want to buy the products of the shopping card click the button [CONTINIUE TO NEXT STEP]. You will be then invited to type in your personal data, your payment options and to verify the knowledge of our customer informations and trading conditions. You can everytime cancel the ordering process or submit the order by clicking the button [SUBMIT ORDER].

Signing of Contract
By clicking the button [SUBMIT ORDER] you send us a bindingorder of the content of the shopping card. The confirmation of the receivment of the order you will get immediately after submitting the order The bill of saleis completed with a separate order confirmation or delivery of the goods.

Prices
All prices are including the german VAT of currenty 19%, or 7% by some goods. The german VAT will be deducted when we deliver to countries which are not in the European Union. When you are already logged in, and you live in one of these non EU countries, the onlineshop show already the VAT deducted prices. You have then to pay your local VAT to the customs. Further informations about this and possibly further taxes or fees you can get form you local custom office.

Our online shop can show product prices in different currencies. But binding price for billing is only the shown € / EUR / Euro price. Due the daily changes of the exchange rates the prices in US$ or other currencies are only for information and can change to the real price in EURO.

Payment options
The order can be paid by prepayment by bank wire, credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express), Cash on delivery or Paypal

Prepayment
If you liked to pay by prepayment, then you can transfer the amount to our bank account. The bank account for the money bank transfer we tell you after receipt of your order. Your order will arrive then immediately after the cheque, or the transfer dispatched.
Cash on delivery
With payment by cash on delivery you pay the invoice amount to the delivery person when he handles you handing the package out.

Credit card
When you pay by credit card then you make the payment process at the end of the order process by the Saferpay module. The credit card data will be submitted directly to your clearing partner. The transaction is secured by 128Bit SSL encryption. The payment transaction makes only a reservation on your credit card. The payment itself will be made at the day of shipping.
Paypal

Delivery time

We are entitledto make part deliveries. Additional shipping cost apply only with assertiveagreement.

Right of rescission rights
You can right of rescissionyour order contract within two week without to explain the reasons therefore. You can submit your right of rescissionin text form (e.g.. letter, fax, e-mail to info@aquaristic.net) or by sending back the goods except you trade as dealer. The periodstarts earliest at the day of receiving the goods and a detailed indoctrinationin text form. To make the right of rescission in time ist enough to despatchthe goods insite the two weeks.

Right of rescission consequences
When the return is effective, the received benefits inclusive using advantages must be given back. If the article is in a worse condition than at the time of delivery, aquaristic.net has the right to demand compensation.
The customer can avoid the demand for compensation by not using the product like the owner and refrain everything which can reduce the value of the article.

Please notice that the return guarantee does not apply for unsealed software, for newspapers, magazines and for goods, which where composed to a customers specifications or composed definitely for your personal requirements.

Warranty
The statutory warranty period of 24 months is valid. The warranty is limited to rectification of defects and replacement. The customer has the right to demand for redhibitory action of the contract if the rectification of defects fail several times.

All positions and articles declared with an unit price are classified as individual cases and redhibitory action or reduction can only be demanded in consideration. The liability of equipment which is older than three months is limited to the price of sale (current replacement value) which is valid at the time of redhibitory action, not the purchase price. In case of redhibitory action for some other reason the actual price of sale will be the basis, exceeding the purchase price from the acount. A liability for possible consequential damages, particularly lost profit is excluded if we did not handle with intent or gross negligence. We assume no liability for the correctness of technical information, prices or other offers published in brochure of manufacturers unless we referred to them. We reserve us technical modifications which conduce the general improvement of a product or which have no fundamental influence on the use

If you want to assert a warranty claim please note:

It is necessary to attach delivery receipt or account.
Rejected goods should be sent to us in original packing with an exact description of the fault.
We assume no liability for damages, which arise from incorrect handling, attendance or incorrect return or because the instruction for use was non observant.
Furthermore we assume no liability for damages, which arise from strange persons.
We assume no liability by the selling of used products if the salesman does not liable obligatory or something else is agreed.

Warrantyy
Guarantee refers to the legal rules of Germany . aquaristic.net warrants that the goods shall be exempt from fault at the time of passing of the risk. Claims arising from faults after a two year period are null and void. The period begins with the transfer of the goods to the customer. Should, within this time period any faults in the goods arise which vastly impair their value or suitability, Aquaristic.net will immediately remedy these faults after receipt of the problem definition. If the repair fails, we can send a new item or refund the full price when you send the item back, or discount the prices when you keep the failure product.
