Das ist ein toller Magnet. Er ist viel leichter als vergleichbare und ist super zu handhaben.

Geliefert wurde der Algenmagnet von Papillon. Er scheint sich aber nur durch den Aufdruck vom hier abgebildeten Produkt zu unterscheiden. Die Größe M ist ca. 10cm lang und 3,5 cm breit. Beide Hälften schwimmen an der Oberfläche, eine Hälfte hat einen weichen, die anderen einen harten Bezug.

Reinigt sehr gut,haftet perfekt an der Scheibe nur manchmal ruckelt er stark. Praktisch geht er mal ab ,schwimmt er hoch und man kann ihn prima wieder andocken.

Guter Magnet, tut was er soll. Es steht allerdings Papillon drauf, was auch nicht weiter stört. Vielleicht sollte das Bild bei Gelegenheit überarbeitet werden.

I owned the small one and I like it. I bought the medium size , but they send me another brand (not the mag-o-flot) but is exactly the same. Good cleaning, long lasting and floats !!!

I loved this product at first, because of it's floating capabilities.
But when I noted the sand real easily gets stuck to the magnet an scratches the whole inside of the aquarium i really hated it.

Use this one only if you have bigger gravel in aquarium. Do not use if you have finer sand.

Very good cleaner, no more scratches on the front glass. If you drop it by accident, it floats - never touches the bottom sand/gravel.

Be aware - Every algae magnet will scratch the glass if you use it near sand or gravel in your tank.

Easy to clean algae with, be careful though so you don't get any gravel between it and the glass.

Don't really like the product because it feels that you are about to rip down the aquarium when cleaning the glass

At first I thought it was big and ugly, until I realised I do not have to have it sitting inside the aquarium.
Simply drop the inside bit in the water and you are ready. By releasing the magnet from outside, it floats and cleans itself as you pull it back - could be repeated a couple of times. This is also a good method to make sure there is no gravel cought that can cause scratches.
When you are done - simply let it float to the surface and remove it.

As I got another brand of this, not mag-o-float, it is not easy to write a review. This replacement is not as good as the original one.
