If you want to change or cancel existing orders, you can contact us via the contact form or via WhatsApp or quite normally by email. If it is technically possible and your order has not yet been processed in shipping, we will be happy to take this into account.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
As soon as your package has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the subject "Your order has been sent"
There you will also find the tracking number for shipment tracking. Since we use different senders, please pay attention to the information in the mail on how you can best track your shipment.
Didn't receive an email? Please check your spam folder! The email may have been filtered out. Especially with Hotmail accounts.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ORDER?
Yes, shortly after completing the order you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email.
The expected delivery time is given separately for each article. Please note that the information refers to deliveries within Germany. For deliveries abroad, the transport times are in the shipping information for the respective countries
